The Office - "Before"

Here are some pictures of our Office/Den from "Before the Remodel". We got a beautiful black desk from pottery barn for Christmas, and it needed a home... so the remodel got a jump-start Christmas Eve.

We ripped up the beige carpet (which led us to another layer of really fun red/blue/white/black carpet from the 70's), we then continued the bamboo floors from our Living Room into the Office. We also painted the walls and ceiling white, and two accent walls "paper bag brown". We still need molding, but I'll post some "After" pictures soon!

Whitfield Christmas in Leavenworth

A bit late... but still in the Christmas spirit. Here are some pictures from last weekend with my family in Leavenworth. We got in some snowboarding, and then walked around town and just overall had a good time.

The Enzian - our favorite hotel in Leavenworth. Fresh roasted almonds and pecans by the fire at night, apple cider, brunch in the morning, and of course the guy that blows the horn off the balcony in the morning.

I had fun decorating our new house for Christmas this year. We spent Christmas Eve working on our office which is right off of our Living Room - and we are now heading north to visit my parents in Marysville, I'll post some before and after pictures of the office soon. =)
